calibration of Temp & Hum. sensors

I really appreciate your support, if you could give me guideline of how can I separately calibrate 5 sensors I have.
I had tried to use web-based software to offset them, but it will affect all 5 sensors.

Would like to clarify if it is Wireless Temp & Hum Sensor or Wired Temp & Hum Sensor?

What values are shown on your GUI for the 5 sensors you want to calibrate? Was it far behind from remaining 5 sensors?

I have the same problem,

i do have 2 Temp & Humidity Sensor (Wired)

After going to Calibration, when i try to put +5 in External Sensor, both sensor have increase +5,

How can i determine if which sensor am i calibrating? as this sensors have different values.

On my set-up, all the connected Wired Temp&Hum sensor on the SensorGateway will be calibrated once you set an offset value for the ExternalTemp on Sensor Calibration Settings page. May I ask, what is the difference value for your 2 Sensors when you set the offset value to +5 and when it is in normal value(no offset)?

A calibration in the base unit applies to all sensors.

How long does estimated to for it to be calibrated?

Calibration through our in-house facility has 2 options the regular one will take 3-5 weeks depending on the number of requests and the other option, Hotswap where we send you a calibrated sensor while you send us yours for calibration
