Base module wired - does not get dhcp

Hello, I am trying to switch the base module to dhcp.
The module does not gets dhcp and reverses to the static ip
The network dhcp server is working fine.

    the problem is that DHCP does not work

    You may try with a different DHCP server. If that doesn't work then something is preventing it from registering onto your network. Use a fixed IP instead.

    But the proble is that the customer might want dhcp to operate. What are we going to tell them?

    Have you tried plugging the base-unit to other router? possible problem is that your router doesn't give out DHCP to the base-unit.
