Disk Space Check

I use VBScript to list all Local Disks and caculate how much free space is available. I know I could ignore the built in check and run my scripts instead.
The problem is I want to be able to chart Free Space and alert when less than 25% free space.
As far as I can see I need to manually create a task for each disk and try an ensure when disks are added or removed to update serverscheck. Why can't it check all local disks?
