Trouble getting to the web interface
Recently I am unable to get to the web interface of my mail serverscheck controller. It started sporadically where it would be extremely slow and I may have to try multiple times to get to it, but now I cannot access it at all. It seems to just time out. Occasionally the web browser will display the logon, and after I enter that it times out. I have rebooted the main box and all other sensors and hubs. I've tried from Chrome and IE11, same results. Any ideas, do I possibly have a bad unit? Any help is appreciated.

If your using the appliance v14+ then,
To update to the latest release you can go to the root folder of serverscheck and click on the update app. or click on start look for serverscheck, click the folder and update should also appear.
