We are using Version 6.1.3, does anyone know what the latest version is?

    6.3.0



    Latest version is shown in the Online Helpdesk and in the download area of the website. When clicking on the version number you get the release notes.

    Thanks for the reply, how do I know if my existing license will work, do I need to request a new one to upgrade to this version?

    Each new release that requires a new key is indicated in the release notes:

    For upgrading from release 6.1.3 to 6.3.0 a new license key will be required.



    If you have a valid support agreement, then login into your helpdesk account and follow the instructions to obtain a new license key.
