Alert history not populating

System date and time is correct but history doesn't have any current log entries and all are dates 2012, can anyone help?.

    do you have the most recent firmware? what firmware is loaded to your gateway? usually it is fixed just by updating or doing a reset for your gateway.

    I have updated from 7.31. to 7.42 and its still the same?, any other idea's?

    What is your hardware version? Do you use email or SMS based alerting in the Sensorgateway?
