SMS Routing Error when sending pins

Hello,

First of all this is not the email address for the premium account that was set up. But my number ending in 8645 is showing a routing error when attempting to add additional numbers.

Can I please get some assistance?

    We either need the email address of your my.serverscheck.com account or the numbers for which you get the routing error so that we can have it investigated by our upstream providers
