mobile sensor gateway

hi all,

we are trying the mobile sensor gateway but it doesnt send alerts
attached image is our configuration using postpaid globe sim card.

    Make sure that you have signal on that area. also sim should not have a PIN code to work.

    yes we have 4G mobile signal in our location and the sim card has no PIN

    You may want to call also your provider to register the mobile sensor gateway device into their network.

    Your image shows that it is successfully connected to the Globe mobile network on 2G with a low signal.

    What alerts are not working? SNMP Traps, email, SMS? Did you check the alerts history?

    we tried the email and sms but not working. the alerts history has logs but we haven't received any alerts
