ServersCheck Service Configuration - An error occured

Setting up ServersCheck monitoring application on a Windows server 2008 R2 VM. installed the software and I'm trying to get the services to run using a service account that we created on our domain. But when I run the Service configuration exe I get this error. ServersCheck Service Configuration - An error occurred try again. I have verified that the account is a member of the domain admins group. I can log in to the server using that account I just can't get the service to run with it. If I look at the services I can see under login it using the Domain\user name for the login. I've retyped in the password but the service won't start. The Services console give me an error of: Windows could not start the ServersCheck Monitoring service service on local computer. Error 1069: The service did not start due to a logon failure. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
