Backup mail server settings

in Monitoring Software v12 and lower
I am running ServersCheck 12.0.1 and I currently have email alerting working with "Outgoing SMTP Replay Server". But when serverscheck cannot make a SMTP connection, it sends out email from its backup email server. Where is the settings for this backup email server? I would like to change it or disable it.
