Wireless sensors connection issues

Since I bought my serverscheck system I've constantly had to re-associate the wireless sensors as they keep dropping out one by one. I've updated the firmware but that does not fixed the issue. I'm running FW version 6.15 on HW version 5.1,

What should I do? Keep updating the firmware until you fix this or is there another solution to this problem?

    We passed it on to our engineering department and are looking into it. Can you confirm that you are not running Wifi in that room?

    Not running wifi in either of the rooms i'm using ServersCheck sensors. Both installations have the same issue. Both are running FW 6.15 on HW 5.1.

    Associate normally with the wireless hub but after some time (probably less then a month) they drop out one by one.

    I have the same problem in the archives of a museum. A part of sensors disappears. I does again the procedure of connection and everything is once again in order about 2 weeks. . . I have last available Firmware. The users are made angry.

    Please update to the latest firmware, also stability of the wireless is being improved by our development team please check our social media accounts for firmware release announcements.
