status of PING (PING) changed to DOWN at Wed Feb 1 15:54:13 2006. Reason: Error level: 28 (returned value) greater than 10
But, I don't know wich server is down ?
And i don't know where to put the "%" on the Email Adress

You need to add the %d parameter in your email template.
