5.10.0 upgrade
Neglecting to 'read the fine print' of the upgrade notification that I had become numb to when performing each 5.x upgrade, I did not realize it would negate my license. How do I go about getting an updated license key for my 5.10.0 installation? I hope I do not have to re-purchase the software.

Upgrading requires a new license key. If you have purchased a support and maintenance agreement and if this is still valid, then there is no problem in obtaining a new license key. Simply contact our sales team.
License keys can also be obtained automatically by logging to the helpdesk. A login is created and sent to the registrar of the software and remains valid for 1 year unless renewed within the year.
