Graphs Problems, version 5.5.3.1

HI,

we are a customer using version 5.5.3.1. We have the graphs that suddenly stopped at Nov. 2004 with no reason. Some Labels (ping, services rules,..) do not have the graphs icon and some icons pop-up with an empty page.



Please help us asap.

1/ It seems like your graphing component is not running (s-graphs.exe). Can you verify in the task manager?



2/ Are there any files in the graphingqueue subfolder?

1/ the task was not running. I launch it but nothing happened. I shut down the service but the graphs taks was still not running. By launching it manually nothing happen.



2/ In the folder thare are files .rrd dated back to Nov 2004.

1/ The task should be running as this is the one in charge of actually plotting the graphs. If you double click on the s-graphs.exe does it appear in the task manager?



2/ in the graphsqueue folder are .rrd files??? RRD files should be located in the c:serverscheck_databases directory

In the queue folder there should only be files with the ".graph" extension (that are automatically removed once processed by the graphing component (s-graphs.exe)
