What Unit?

I am creating rules to monitor. In the 'Check Specific Settings:' part there is a field 'Set status to DOWN when the average traffic is'. What should value I should put in here!. Am correct to assume this is measure in percent!.

Average traffic is outputted into real value and the unit is selected in the check. If you defined for example KB as unit then the value you enter is the average KB's sent
