Window Event log

Hi,

When I try to capture event log, there is an error occured which showed "cannot connect to server_ip using 'useraccount'", but I have used administrator account, may I know why?

    I suppose that you have set the service to run under a Administrator account? Correct?

    the account used by the service is "local system account"
  • AdministratorAdministrator
    All windows based checks needs to run under an admin Windows Account. With local system account a service has no windows network access.
