Define a Perfrmance Counter

Monitoring rule has been completed. These are the results:
Result: DOWN?
Error Returned: "ERROR: Performance counter retrieval failed with error code: C0000BC0"

This is what I get when I try to define a performance counter. I am using my counter as PhysicalDiskDisk Transfers/sec

How do I know how to setup these counters?

As you will see, the counter you entered should be:

LogicalDisk|PhysicalDiskDisk Transfers/sec
