SMTP error message

status of SMTPPOP3 () changed to DOWN at Mon Jul 12 20:18:05 2004. Reason: Message took more than 0 seconds

Why does that show 0 seconds? The check is set to allow 60 seconds for a reply email and it is run every 180 seconds.

    What is the maximum time you defined for the SMTPPOP3 check (in the settings of the SMTPPOP3 check itself):

    Service Level: seconds

    That's strange indeed. Could you send the log file for that check to [email protected] along with your serverscheck.conf file
