FILE Checks don’t work with network FILE?

Hello,

I try to verifie if a file exists or not ON THE NETWORK :

When I verifie a local file, everything is OK.

When I start the wizard, type the network file path (myserverfile.txt or G:file.txt or 192.168.xxx.xCfile.txt) and I test it, the status is OK. BUT when I start running this Check, there's an error : "file doesn' exist..." and the Check is DOWN.

Can you help me?

    Do you have Admin rights set for the Service? It may not run under the local system account as Windows will prevent ServersCheck from accessing the remote file unless it is running under the correct profile.
