ServersCheck Temperature and SensorGateway Firmware Up-gradation

Hi, We purchased 3 ServersCheck Temperature and SensorGateway devices. All devices have hardware version 5.0. But Firmware version of 2 device is 3.20 and 1 device with 5.11. So now, we want to upgrade our devices to same firmware. Please suggest related firmware and steps to upgrade. Also share the information, how to get Daily Logs (not alert logs) from these devices.

Hello Admin,

I just need a confirmation from you, to download right firmware. According to me I should download Sensor Gateway V5.
So kindly let me know, which version should I download.
