Sensor Setup

I am trying to configure our new sensor gateway to the network but after I enter in the default username and password the page loads but it has a bunch of random characters. Any ideas on what could cause this and how I can fix it?

    Can you upload a screen capture via screencast.com or similar. Also specify the browser & version you are using.

    Here is the screen shot - http://www.screencast.com/t/KsdWDUy7e. Both Firefox 39.0 and Chrome 43.0.2357.134 m produced the same results.

    We checked and no one has ever reported an issue like that. It looks like raw code for an image or so being loaded.
    - You haven't put the sensor inside a DHCP network, correct?
    - What is the serial number of the device?

    It is not and the number is 2015040116183021

    Try to perform a factory reset of the device as per user manual instructions and put it in a DHCP network
