serverscheck monitoring software, network map

Hi Support,
We have a concerned regarding the serverscheck monitoring software.
Currently we have 41 serverscheck gateway, 41 probes of sensing cable and version 12.0.1 for the monitoring software .
We add all the IP address of each gateway and configured the email and alerts and it is working but the problem is with the serverscheck monitoring software, The serverscheck gateway detects when sensing cable is wet or the temperature is down but it take 3minutes to send email alerts and view to the monitoring software. But when we configured by per sensor gateway the email alerts is real time..
And for addition, how we configure the network map for the monitoring software can you please show us how..

They seems have their own software but I am not so sure and I do not know where can find it.
