Faulty Power Failure Sensor

I keep having a problem with your Power Failure Sensors. When plugged into the Gateway, the screen on the Gateway turns off and the Online and Sensor light flash really fast. The power light on the Power Failure Sensor never turns On. What's going on with this unit? I've sent it back via RMA and received a replacement which is doing the same thing. Is this a common problem?

    What firmware do you have installed? Make sure to have 5.11 or higher installed.

    If that doesn't work then it sounds like it is more a Sensorgateway issue than a sensor issue.

    I have Firmware version 6.0 installed.

    Try firmware 5.07 or 5.11

    I've already tried the 2 firmware versions mentioned. I highly doubt it's the firmware at fault here.

    Then it may be the base unit that has a defect. A RMA can be requested from your order page. I would recommend sending the entire kit so that it can be tested.

    Is the light on the Power Failure Sensor supposed to turn On? The light on my unit has not turned On and I'm curious as to why.
