The time won’t update and SMS doesn’t wor

I just bought this thing and i'm setting it up. I have went into the SNTP and set the clock. However all alerts are listing as 2011.



The SMS isn't working .I setup my cell phone I have 10 credits I made the system send an alert to my email but SMS didn't work. Please advise.

What are the headers of your email alert and what time is shown in the sensorgateway?

I have figured out the updating of the clock It needs to be set at -7.
