Various Issues with Version 12.0.1

Dear all
I do have some problems regarding SSL based checks in Version 12.0.1. All checks that are connecting to a SSL Host, eg. https://domain.com (URL Check) or VMWARE ESXi Hosthealth check are timing out and the monitoring_thread2.exe ist ramping up to 100% for one CPU Core.
Any chance to get that fixed. Do i need premium support for that issue?
Also regarding your new free policy. If i do pay premium support will there be additional features available in the Software?
