sensors not updating on the portal

All of my sensors ( 17 ish) have stopped updating since 16/10/2014 09:05:38

can you please look into this

this is the case both with the web site and the mobile app

    as all failed at around the same time is the service working?

    I am seeing the same. Monitoring devices are showing as offline.
