SensorGateway v4 Cloud?

Hello All,



I have the SensorGateway v4 SC-TS01, I was trying to add it to Infrastructure Monitoring Cloud but couldn't find the "Cloud" option in the device, as I learned it requires firmware 4.0 or above.

In the download section I could only find firmware 2.11 for my device.

Does this mean the device is not supported for Cloud monitoring?

    Unfortunately that is correct. only v5 sensorgateways have the cloud option.
