Water Detection

can somebody assist me how to make graph on cacti for water detection and flooding sensor. I used SNMP-Generic OID Template and the oid is .1.3.6.1.4.1.17095.3.6.0="WET"



If have a water i can see it on the graph and also send the email thru plugin thold.
