Windows Health No Drive Space

I have Windows Health monitor running on Windows 2003 R2 Server. The drive space statistics for the C & D drives report correctly in the All Monitors view, but the Trend Analysis Graph Report doesn't display a trace for 
(Second value on D). The report shows the following values: MIN -1.#J AVG -1.#J MAX -1.#J. The graphs worked correctly for many months, up until recently. I'm guessing there may be a corrupt file. Any help is greatly appreciated.
