Device status OK

Currently the status of the device is set to OK on the website and IOS app even if the device is turned off

It knows it has not checked the device for hours but the status will not change

The version is 4

Any ideas

    The status is not dependent on the presence of the SensorGateway but on the latest/most current values received from its sensors compared with your defined thresholds.
