ERROR: 10060

Hello,



I installed serverscheck server software. When tryng to investigate another server windowshealth are often get a "ERROR: 10060 - The attempt to connect timed out

". Sometimes it works, but mostly it doesn't. What could be the reason. The other servers ar at another domain not inside our company. Thanks in advance for replying

    I found the check tool. But I receive a

    "The RPC Service is unavailabe"



    1) Windows Management Instrumentation (ASync-In)

    2) Windows Management Instrumentation (DCOM-In)

    3) Windows Management Instrumentation (WMI-In)

    are all enabled



    What can I enable/have to do more?

    Please check with Microsoft support as the WMI testing is their tool and this shows that the issue is due to your Windows setup, and not the monitoring software itself
