My appliance is sending more messages

when a server room is down it sent more messages just for that room, i am using serverscheck sms service in the configuration i selected, for alert only when down, can i receive one sms when a room is down please help me

    The option of alerts need to be set to "ON EACH STATUS CHANGE"



    This way only one alert per status will be sent by the Monitoring Appliance
