old sensors = H/W version 4.0 using F/W version 2.00

new sensor = H/W version 5.0 using F/W version 3.20.

On the old sensors I could add information in the "body" of the alert email. On the new sensors I can only add to the email subject. Is there a way to add to the body on the new sensors ?

No this feature has been removed to make additional memory available to new features (SNMPv3, Cloud)



Info can be passed on through subject line

Is there a max number of characters allowed on the subject line ?

It's limited to 90 characters
