how upgrade to 10.3.1

copy our latest lic file to server. ran upgrade process. downloaded latest sw from your website. when I restart the serverscheck sw still is coming up with old version.

    assume your automated system has been sending the wrong version attached to your lic file. I have downloaded two times and both times the ver coming up is the current version. can you please send me the new 10.3.1 lic file?
