SMS gateway configuration help

Hi,



We purchased this appliance recently for the SMS alert feature. We were unsuccessfull to get this feature working as the provided SMS gateway is not being detected by the system. Please help.

    Run the s-alerts.exe in debug mode, trigger a failure and reply with debug output.

    Make sure that no other app is using the GSM modem as per nature of serial communications only one app at a time can use a modem.
