Sensor gateway in a chiller ?

Hi,

I have a Sensor gateway with only the builtin temp probe.

Is it possible to use the gateway in a -20degree chiller ?



Would it create any problems ?

Unfortunately, no. For such extremes of temperature, we provide the stainless steel temperature probe which could be viewed here:

I did get my external probe today.



There are no technical details with it. I want to know if the probe requires it's own power, if yes, what's the voltage requirement ? If not, does it get power from the sensor gateway via the Ethernet cable ?
