SMS not able to send
Hi,
Iam using serverscheck monitoring appliance version 8.0.X.
When iam connecting zoom 3G modem for SMS its detecting the port but cant send test message. Please help.

How can i get the license ? Will the problem solve after upgradation ? Can i use the old license to the new version ?If upgrade didn,t worked correctly can i downgrade ? Please help.
An active support & maintenance agreement is required to perform an upgrade and get a new license file.
We don't provide support for older versions.

Iam connected the modem to the appliance, do i need to connect anywhere else ?
From our side upgradation is difficult,as we have the feature here in this version. Can you please help ?
As i told you the upgradation is not possible and we have to work SMS on the old version. Can we do anything? Please....
