SMS not able to send

Hi,

Iam using serverscheck monitoring appliance version 8.0.X.

When iam connecting zoom 3G modem for SMS its detecting the port but cant send test message. Please help.

    Firstly, we recommend updating it to the latest version 10.3.0 since that one is already more than a year behind. Please do make sure to do a back-up of your files which could be found here on the "Manual upgrade procedure" section:

    How can i get the license ? Will the problem solve after upgradation ? Can i use the old license to the new version ?If upgrade didn,t worked correctly can i downgrade ? Please help.

    Once you upgraded you can't downgrade.



    An active support & maintenance agreement is required to perform an upgrade and get a new license file.



    We don't provide support for older versions.

    Iam connected the modem to the appliance, do i need to connect anywhere else ?

    From our side upgradation is difficult,as we have the feature here in this version. Can you please help ?

    That's all there is to the connection. The reason for the upgrade is that there has already been a lot of improvements and fix specially now that version 8 is more than a year old already.

    Hi Admin When i add numbers for sms alert some received and some do not received activation code on your website it tells me pending for activation i try to delete, it does not.
