v5 Gateway email alert

Hi,

We purchased a ServerChecks Temperature Sensor and Gateway v5 (firmware 3.20) recently, however we are unable to get the mail settings working.

We have tried using our exchange server as well as an external server, but both failed.

Any ideas?

    What are the configuration settings of your mail server?

    Also please inform us of the email alert configuration on the SensorGateway.

    Hi,

    We have an exchange 2008 server. It allows for anonymous relaying to any internal devices. This works on other devices.



    The config I have set up is as follows:

    Enabled: Yes

    Server 192.168.22.1

    Port: 25

    Use SSL: No

    Use Authentication: No

    From and To addresses have been inserted correctly.

    Not sure. It's still configured the exact same way I had it before, I just retyped in all fields. Perhaps there was a space after one entry that was causing the problem.
