SMS Alerts Failed

We have Serverscheck software I am facing a problem while receiving SMS i can receive test SMS from servers check but once the server or sensor is down i don't get sms notification.

    What version and edition of the ServersCheck software do you have?



    How do you send SMS messages: using a GSM modem or the SMS service ?

    Version 8.03 and I am using GSM Modem Siemens AG USB Modem.

    8.03 is an old version and no longer supported by us. Maybe another user in the community forum can assist you.
