Temperature maps not working

Hello



Using Serverscheck Premium (250 checks) version 10.1.6 with a Sensor Gateway and a Temp/Humidity probe, none of the temperature maps work. All I see is a missing image icon and a URL of:

I have made sure that the image is called template.png and that the background is white.



Can someone assist? We are staging for a big deployment and I'd like to be able to demonstrate the temperature maps to justify a larger budget for more of these monitors.

    The 250 checks is not the Premium edition. It can only support up to 250 sensor readings which is adequate for small deployments.



    Are you using the appliance or the download software version of the 250 checks edition?

    Ah, I see.



    We purchased the 250 check download version.

    run the monitoring_manager in debug output and reply with the debug output as this will show what it does when it comes down to plotting the maps.

    In your settings.conf file add an entry as follows:

    SKIPHEATMAPS=1



    restart the service
