Sensor Gateway not working

This is the scenario, I configured the sensor gateway and update the firmware, when I click update button the device asked for a reboot then upon observation the device is working well. When I transfer directly on my laptop I noticed that upon power on the sensor gateway the LED indicator lights, after a seconds the light disappear and can’t access the device. I already tried to hard reset the device and used a POE switch to power on the Sensor Gateway.
