Water Detection SNMP

We are testing a water sensor.

On the sensor, it show dry.

SNMP shows OK.



If we wet the cable, the status changes to wet, and SNMP updates to show wet.



If we dry the cable, the status on the box shows as dry, but SNMP does not change back.

Is this a common problem? We have tried the sensor in port 2 and port 3 with the same results.

    Thank you for reporting. We've confirmed this bug and are now working for a fix.

    Any timescale for this? I am looking to roll out monitors in 20 locations in the next couple of months. I like the ServersCheck kit, but if I cannot be confident that the data is correct, I will need to use an alternative.
