Bandwidth Test

I set up the bandwith analysis, when I click on test settings. I get:



Status: OK

Value returned: 51978



What does that mean?



I also set (Show bandwidth in) =KB

Can you provide a screenshot for that?

Into the graph the bandwidth doesn't show above I mention. It show with Mbps (examples:3.90 Mbps)



Why the value return is show the digit number? It must be show 3.90 Mbps or 4.50 Mbps, when I run test settings. It's that correct?

Can you upgrade the software? If your license is still within the 1 year support, you'll be able to get it for free.

The license is already expired. Do you have another way to solved it?



It is some kinds of bug?



I would like to do alert for this bandwidth. And I want to set warning alert to greater than 4 Mbps.



Before that I set the warning alert to greater than 2000000 (2 Mbps). but the graph it over 2 Mbps but I don't get any alert message.



Note that- email configuration is correct. I can get alert from other.



So how can I solved this issue?

If fixes are made then those are always part of the latest release. This requires an upgrade

Unfortunately we can only provide support for latest releases of our software. 8.8.12 is an old version and we don't have installed. Maybe someone else from the user community who has 8.8.12 installed can assist Tommy

Today I download the latest Serverscheck software from serverscheck website. Then I add the ip address which I want to monitor bandwidth.



After that I test run the bandwidth and value is same as old version. Here is test run result below-

If there anyone who faced this error?

When you click on TEST SETTINGS it does return the raw number of bytes (in & out combined), non computed data.



The graph shows the converted traffic data which takes incoming, outgoing bytes and time as a parameter.

So how can I set the bandwidth alert?



I would like to set warning alert for 4 Mbps.

Just choose the option to use Mb in terms of unit. Then input 4 on the warning threshold.
