how to use SMS service

I want to know how to setup SMS service, right now I'm using free version, it doesn't let me to setup SMS, so I want to know more about SMS before purchasing professional version.

    SMS Messages can be sent in 3 different ways:

    1/ by using the built-in component that dispatches the messages by using a data modem and connecting through a SMSC (supporting the TAP or UCP protocol)

    2/ by using the clickatell service. The service can be tried out for free at http://www.clickatell.com (you can send a free test message from their website)

    3/ by using the Mobile Messenger application from GSMSoft.nu This uses a GSM modem to send out SMS messages. You can download a free trial from their website at http://www.gsmsoft.nu
