PING check on non Windows Devices

I recently downloaded serverscheck to test it on my network... I added a few ping monitors to some of the switches, but they have not made there first check yet. The monitor states that they are OK, but there are no records of a ping check, and they do not contribute to the counter at the top right of the application. Any suggestions?

    How many checks do you have defined? What does running a debug of the software provide?
