SNMPTRAP and ServersCheck Version

We are running ServersCheck Premium v8.0 RC1. We would like to use the snmptrap feature. However, when we try to start the executable, the following messages appear:



Starting Monitoring SNMP TRAP Receiver 7.14.0

No valid license found for Monitoring SNMP TRAP Receiver

Exiting



We would like to know why the trap receiver executable is an older version than our ServersCheck installation. Does the trap receiver feature require a separate purchase?

Release 8.0 is an out of support version (current release is 9.0.13)



SNMP Trap is included in the PREMIUM edition as of release 9.0

It is no longer available as a separate purchase.

For the edition that we have (Premium v8.0 RC1), SNMP Trap is not included in the license?

From what the output shows it seems indeed not to be included.
