When creating and editing users
why is there a selection to allow access to the configuration, if they arent going to be able to access it from the webpage?
Am i missing something to allow System Admins the ability to configure?

What exactly are you trying to configure? You can add additional users and restrict what they can and can't do in the interface. Can you be a little more specific on what you are trying to do?
Under the user account the option is there for them to access this but when they logon the web page its not there.
Support plans are for one named person per license.
To avoid misconfiguration during operation, only the main admin can set the configuration.
I will pass this to development and see if we can get a reply on that for you.
