Temp Reporting Error

We have a customer using a Version 3 SensorGateway on firmware version 1.3 on the Freeware software. We are getting high temp alerts that are not accurate. The temp we are getting is 10+ degrees off. This unit is only 5 months old. Please advise.

Is this on the built-in temperature sensor or the external probe?



if the built-in, then has it been calibrated? As per user manual instructions, the built-in sensor on the SensorGateway requires calibration
