Acknowledge Alerts

Where do I acknowledge alerts? I received an email with an alert message but on the web browser I dont know where or how to acknowledge it.

Where would I see the acknowledge button?

In the alerts page. We have added a screen capture in the Wiki so you can see how it looks

So what prerequisites are necessary to generate an alert that requires an acknowledgement?

As explained in the user manual, an alert that is escalated. If not acknowledged within set time frame then it will be escalated.



All others alerts do not require acknowledgement

Okay so its only for alerts where an escalation has been defined.
