Error Message: VMW ESX

Hello!



I use the actual ServersCheck 8.8.7 with free 20 rules.



We have tow VMWare ESX Server. I had no problem in adding the first esx1, but with the esx2 I receive the following error message after adding to ServersCheck.

DOWN : "Hardware VMWare Error"



The vCenter of VM shows no hardware error, so I do not know why I receive that message...

How can I solve the problem?

    Check your VMWare Host it must have somewhere not a Green health on the hardware components

    We checked everything in the vCenter, but there is no alert or anything else.



    FYI: It is a VMware ESX 4.1.0, 260247
